Appointments are scheduled online and require a Debit/Credit Card to secure your appointment. To reserve appointment go to ”Home Tab" .Please read the service descriptions when choosing service. A confirmation email and text will be sent after appointment is scheduled and a reminder the day before service.
- No extra guest allowed unless being serviced.
- No outside food allow. Drinks are allowed.
- No children allowed unless being serviced.
Late/No Show Policy
If you are running 15 minutes or later to your appointment, please Call the salon at ( 240) 559-4652 so we can determine if there is still room for your service to be conducted. If you're past the 15 minute mark without notifying us, we will do our best to accommodate your reservation however, it will be based on current availability and reservation may be prolonged.
If you have more than one (1) consecutive no show on your profile we will no longer be able to approve your appointment without a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit of 100% of your service. If you no call/no show any of your appointments, your card will be charged the fill amount for service/services.
FYI: All appointment must be canceled and/or re-scheduled within 24 hours of your appointment. To cancel or reschedule please do so through the confirmation email. Deposit will then be non-refundable and card will be charged or entire service.
Deposits will become non-refundable or applicable to service if rescheduled more than twice per service reservation. Clients will then need to rebook appointment.
